Prerequisites
You'll need a Slack workspace where you have permission to install apps. You should also have a channel created where you want to receive notifications. The integration works with Slack Free, Pro, Business+, and Enterprise plans.
Connect your Slack workspace
Navigate to the Actions tab and find Slack in the Communication section. Click 'Add to Slack' to start the authorization process. Select your workspace and grant the requested permissions to post messages.

Choose which Slack channel should receive lead notifications. You can use an existing channel like #leads or #sales, or create a dedicated channel for chatbot notifications.

Send a test notification
Click the 'Send Test' button to send a sample notification to your selected channel. Verify that the message appears correctly with all the expected information including lead email, category, urgency level, and conversation summary.

How it works
