Prerequisites
You'll need a Shopify store with products configured. The integration works with all Shopify plans. You'll need store owner or staff permissions to authorize the connection.
Connect your Shopify store
Navigate to the Actions tab and find Shopify in the E-commerce Integrations section. Click 'Connect Shopify' to start the connection process.

Enter your store name (the part before .myshopify.com) and click 'Connect with Shopify'. You'll be redirected to Shopify to authorize the connection. Grant the requested permissions for product search, inventory, and order access.

Verify the connection
After authorization, you'll be redirected back to your dashboard. The Shopify card will show 'Connected' status. Click the 'Test' button to verify the integration can access your store.

How it works
Once connected, your chatbot can search products, check inventory, look up order status, validate discount codes, and create checkout links. The AI will use these capabilities naturally when visitors ask about products or orders.
