Identity Settings
Start by setting your chatbot's identity. Choose an Assistant Name that appears in the header. Select a Language for UI text (English, Spanish, French, German, Turkish). Pick a Font Family that matches your brand.

- Use a friendly, approachable name like 'Sales Assistant' or 'Support Bot' rather than generic names.
Color Settings
Customize all chat colors: Header Background and Header Text, Chat Background, Assistant Text and Bubble, User Text and Bubble. Use color pickers or enter hex codes. Changes preview in real-time.

Gradient Options
Add visual flair with gradients. Enable Header Gradient for a modern look - set 'From' and 'To' colors. Enable User Bubble Gradient for eye-catching user messages. Gradients replace solid colors when enabled.

- Gradients work best with complementary colors. Try your primary brand color fading to a lighter shade.

The live preview shows exactly how your widget will look. Test different color combinations before saving. Remember to click 'Save changes' when you're happy with the result.
